Service and maintenance – Rare in the industry, we proudly offer a 24 hour customer hotline, as well as a repair and maintenance service. Things always seem to go wrong just when you have that huge deadline hanging over your head and we know how frustrating that can be. So, in order to provide you with the best possible service, we keep a well-stocked reserve of spare parts both in our office and our vans. That way, when lightning strikes (literally!), you don’t need to wait two weeks for parts - we can give you a rapid changeover so you can still meet that deadline. We are proud that very little of our time is spent fixing preventable problems.
