Distributed television System incorporating the provision of the on-site Community Channel and distribution of Foxtel services via QAM the later being the first of its type in SA.
Complete site security including CCTV Complete with multiple Panasonic Cameras, Smart Card Access Control, Lift Control, Boom Gate Access and complete Intercom services to apartments.
Audio Visual services with the implementation of Bose Audio products and Panasonic Plasma Displays.
On-going infrastructure monitoring through Adroit Energy Management Systems.
